Action Methods Institute Refund Policy
Thank you for your interest in Action Methods Institute’s online courses. If you are not satisfied with your course purchase, we’re here to help.
You are eligible for a refund if all of the following criteria is met:
- Less than 25% of overall progress has been made. (As displayed by the progress indicator located at the top of the module page.)
- A refund request email was received within the first 15 days of your account creation date and purchase. This date is determined solely by the Action Methods Institute’s account provisioning data generated at the time of successful purchase by the customer.
Request A Refund
To request a refund, you must email email@example.com with the subject line exactly as: REFUND REQUEST. The email must include the username of the Action Methods Institute account and the email address associated with the Action Methods Institute account. If the purchase was made by check then the address of where to send the refund must also be included. The absence or incomplete state of any of this information will result in a failed refund request and no refund will be approved.
The date of the initial refund request email sent must be within 15 days of your Action Methods Institute account creation date. The Action Methods Institute account creation date will be compared to the date sent information contained in the email header data, and if the email sent date is determined to be greater than 15 days from the Action Methods Institute account creation date then no refund will be approved. All date determinations are at the sole discretion of Action Methods Institute.
If approved, and if the purchase was originally made with a credit card, then we will initiate a refund to your credit card within 30 days of receiving the initial refund email. The timing in which you will receive the credit is dependent on your card issuer’s policies. If payment was made by check, then a refund check will be mailed to the address provided in your REFUND REQUEST. Action Methods Institute is not responsible for any charges incurred by your card issuer or bank resulting from the refund activity.
